Your puppy will be available for pick-up / delivery at approximately 8 weeks of age).
Puppy’s not picked up within five (5) days of their assigned pick-up date will be charged boarding fees at a rate of: $25 a day or $150 weekly.

Do you understand and accept these charges?
* We do not wish to traumatize our puppies any more than is necessary. Therefore, we prefer to limit airline travel alone (w/o Pet Nanny) to direct flights of less than 2 hrs in length.
Do you understand that deposits are $500 and the submission of a deposit (or full payment) puts you in line on the wait-list reservation roster, and such fees are non-refundable, but transferable to future litters, not to exceed 12 months?
Do you understand that once on our waiting list (when you are given an opportunity to choose a puppy), you are allowed to defer as many times as you wish. However, you must understand that whenever you defer three (2) consecutive times, your name will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list?
Do you understand that if you no longer want or can care for your puppy, you are required to contact KSANT first for the possible return of the dog to us*?
The completion and submission of this application is only the first step in adopting the puppy of your choice. Once your application has been accepted, you will be notified to pay a deposit in order to reserve your puppy or be placed on a wait list. All payments for puppies can be made HERE by PayPal (credit card), Venmo or Zelle.

Once your reservation is completed, we will be in touch with you to confirm your selection and to set up virtual visitations (if desired) and provide you with the follow-up steps to secure your puppy.
